BBB "SETTLEMENTS"

These are my thoughts on the “SETTLEMENTS” that Consumers get through Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) arbitration under the Florida Lemon Law:

You got a “SETTLEMENT” at Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) arbitration where the manufacturer agreed to REPURCHASE your vehicle.

What if the repurchase “SETTLEMENT” you got through BBB arbitration is THOUSANDS of dollars LESS than a properly calculated Lemon Law refund?

I want to review the dollar figures in your “SETTLEMENT” to make sure you are getting ALL of the money you are allowed to recover through arbitration in a properly calculated refund under the Florida Lemon Law.

This is particularly important if you had a vehicle that you TRADED IN on the day you bought the “Lemon” vehicle.

CLICK HERE to read how I’ve gotten a substantial amount of MONEY added to my clients’ refunds just by properly applying the Florida Lemon Law in this regard.

I will tell you how much a properly calculated refund is and we can compare that dollar figure to the refund in your BBB “SETTLEMENT.”

I can then tell you what I can do to get you the CORRECT amount of money in your refund.

If you hire me, I will help you get the CORRECT amount of money in your refund.

You got a “SETTLEMENT” at Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) arbitration where the manufacturer agreed to REPAIR your vehicle.

I’d like to review your case (for free) to see if you have a good chance of winning a REFUND under the Florida Lemon Law. If you do, why would you agree to just let the Manufacturer repair your vehicle? The Manufacturer is obligated to repair your vehicle anyway if the Florida Lemon Law, or the Manufacturer’s written warranty, still applies.

This agreement to REPAIR your vehicle is most likely NOT the end of your claim under the Florida Lemon Law. If I feel like you have a good chance to eventually win a REFUND under the Florida Lemon Law, I will offer to represent you and make every effort to get you that refund.

You got a “SETTLEMENT” at Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) arbitration where the manufacturer agreed to pay you some CASH and/or give you an EXTENDED WARRANTY on your vehicle.

I’d like to review your case (for free) to see if you have a good chance of winning a full REFUND under the Florida Lemon Law. If you do, why would you agree to a PARTIAL remedy like a cash payment or an extended warranty?

This agreement to pay you CASH, or extend your warranty, is most likely NOT the end of your claim under the Florida Lemon Law. If I feel like you have a good chance to eventually win a full REFUND under the Florida Lemon Law, I will offer to represent you and make every effort to get you that refund.

You got an “Interim Repair Decision” at Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) arbitration.

I’d like to review your case (for free) to see if you have a good chance of winning a REFUND under the Florida Lemon Law. If you do, why would you accept the “Interim Repair Decision” from the BBB? The Manufacturer is obligated to repair your vehicle anyway if the Florida Lemon Law, or the Manufacturer’s written warranty, still applies.
